Kielder Connections has in depth experience of installation and support of AIX, HP-UX and Solaris systems. KCL can advise on the version of UNIX and which type of server are best suited to your needs. KCL can advise and carry out upgrades to AIX, HP-UX and Solaris and migration of systems to new hardware.

	Solaris 10, Solaris 9 on Sun servers with SPARC™ processors
	Solaris 10, Solaris 9 on Dell, HP, IBM, Sun servers with Intel or AMD X86/64 processors.
	HP-UX 11i on HP servers with PA-RISC™ processors
	HP-UX 11i on HP servers with Itanium™ processors
	AIX 6.1 on IBM Servers with PPC970™ or POWER™ processors
	AIX 5.3 on IBM Servers with PPC970™ or POWER™ processors

Solaris 10 can be run on a Virtual Machine using a package like VMware or as a Solaris zone. KCL can advise when use of VMs or zones can be more cost effective than using physical servers.

HP-UX 11i can be run on a Virtual Machine, a VPAR or an NPAR. KCL can advise when use of VMs or partitions can be more cost effective than using physical servers.

AIX 6.1 Standard Edition includes just AIX. AIX 6.1 Enterprise Edition includes AIX, Workloads Partitions Manager, several Tivoli products. KCL can advise which edition of AIX is most suitable and when use of partitions can be more cost effective than using physical servers.

KCL can supply IBM Blade Servers and IBM System x hardware with Solaris 10, Linux or AIX 6.1 installed (depending on the supported options).
